LiveDesigner API Release 01/06/10

First Release now live. Sign up for web service isn't fully integrated with this Site yet so for now you'll need to register both at this site and at http://api.livedesigner.com/register.aspx Once you've registered account to start using web service goto to link: http://api.livedesigner.com/yourusername/ManageAccount. Replace yourusername in previous url with your username. Full List of features for inital release: Lettering:

  • Create Image for Embroidery Lettering
  • Create Embroidery file for Embroidery Lettering
  • Create Image for Print Truetype font
  • Create Vector File for print truetype font (eps,svg,svgz supported)
  • User Uploaded Embroidery Alphabets
  • User Uploaded Fonts
  • 19 Attributes for creating lettering
  • Play back stitches for embroidery lettering using flash stitch player

Designs:

  • Create Image for user uploaded Embroidery design
  • Create Image for user uploaded Vector design
  • Create Design File for embroidery design
  • Create Vector File for vector design (eps,svg,svgz supported)
  • Modify any color in Embroidery design
  • Modify any color in Vector design
  • Modify Lettering text or other lettering attributes in Embroidery design (ofm file only) (works with both single and multi-color lettering elements)
  • Modify Lettering text or other lettering attributes in Vector design (ofm file only) (works with both single and multi-color lettering elements)
  • Play back stitches for embroidery designs using flash stitch player

Upcoming features in near future:

  • Account management integrated with this site
  • Ability to create compound designs. ie. designs with multiple design and lettering elements with different scaling/positioning/rotational information
  • Ability to merge generated design graphic with underlay image (ie. picture of shirt or hat)
